THE COVETED CO. - RENTAL AGREEMENT
At The COVETED CO., we value our clients and appreciate your utilizing our services for your special event. Our goal is to build a long-lasting business partnership. We kindly request you read and agree to the policies disclosed within this electronic agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in the contract, the following terms apply to all orders. All contracted items are rentals unless otherwise stated on your contract. As the client, it is your responsibility to ensure the proper condition and prompt return of all rental items. All clients are required to provide a credit card to be kept on file and The COVETED Co., LLC is authorized to process said card in the event that damage or loss occurs to items on the associated rental order.
Rental Items shall remain the personal property of The COVETED Co. and shall be used for its intended purpose. The rental period commences on the delivery date/date of the event and ends on the return date shown on the order. If Renter makes greater use of the Rental Items than agreed upon, or does not return items by the return date shown on the order, additional fees will be charged.
You may confirm your order by submitting a signed Rental Agreement and Credit Card Authorization form. Once a non-refundable deposit of 50% has been processed by a representative, your order will be reserved. In order to schedule shipping / delivery in accordance with your contract, the remaining balance on your order is due no later than five (5) business days prior to event date.
**Orders confirmed within 5 business days shall incur a 25% rush fee of the total order.
Once a special order has been confirmed, they are non-refundable and cannot be modified. Pieces within these orders cannot be amended in any capacity.
Please be advised that once you reserve an order or rental, other orders may then be turned away in order to preserve your rental items. Should you cancel your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited. Notice of Job Cancellation must be made, in writing, at least five (5) business days prior to delivery to qualify for a refund of the balance. Special orders are not refundable under any circumstance. Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of your balance.
Lost | Damaged Items
By renting with The COVETED Co., you agree to return all rental items in the manner they were received including all containers and packing material. Responsibility for all items will remain yours from the time of shipment to the time of return. Late, lost, broken and damaged items will incur a fee of the full replacement cost of the damaged or lost rental items. Please be sure that rental items are secured and protected from being lost, broken, or damaged to avoid this fee.
You will be notified of late, lost, broken or damaged items once your initial return has been received and catalogued, and a replacement invoice will be issued. Should you find any missing items that were not returned with your initial shipment, please contact us immediately. Failure to return items deemed missing from your shipment within 3 business days of the scheduled return date will result in the charge of the full replacement cost to the credit card on file.
